Click here for new window with photos... 1976 Building of Cayuga County Savings Bank - Weedsport The building has changed ownership several times, but in 1976 it was Cayuga County Savings Bank. A.H. Bibbens Construction Company, Inc was the general contractor. The crew include Wayne Bibbens, Walt Greenwood, Dave Armstrong and several others.
